Bathing rules

General

These house and pool rules are binding for all guests staying on the premises and using the facilities of Bad Rheinfelden AG, particularly the sole uno wellness world. On entering the premises, each guest agrees to these house and pool rules, as well as to all other regulations that serve to maintain operational safety and order. If required by local conditions, the staff of the sole uno wellness world are authorised at any time to establish supplementary regulations for use of the facilities. Use may be restricted, either in full or in part, as a result of technical, safety and weather-related or organisational reasons. There is no right to a refund of the admission fee.
Guests must refrain from any activities that contravene good manners or the maintenance of safety, peace, order and cleanliness.
The facilities are to be treated with care. In the event of improper use, culpable soiling or damage or the loss of borrowed articles, the visitor is liable for the resulting damage.
Lockers must be left clean and unlocked after use.
The guest is responsible for locking his/her locker containing his/her personal items and must wear the wristband whilst using the facilities. For liability, please refer to III.
Guests must wash thoroughly before entering the pools.
The use of soap and other body cleansing products outside the shower areas is not permitted.
Guests must not enter the barefoot and shower areas wearing outdoor shoes.
Guests may only enter the bathing facilities and the wet areas in particular when wearing standard bathing suits.
We recommend that guests wear non-slip flip-flops.
Jumping into the pools or pushing or throwing other people or objects into the pools is prohibited.
Placing objects on loungers to reserve them is prohibited.
Fragile containers and objects made of, for example, glass, ceramic or porcelain, may not be used in the sole uno wellness world (exception: Café Metro-Bar and Holzdeck-Terrasse in the bathing facilities).
The use of floats, diving equipment and all other toys, such as balls, inflatable objects, etc, is not permitted.
Consuming food and drinks that have been brought into the facilities is prohibited.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas.
For reasons of hygiene, shaving, pedicures and manicures are not permitted.
The use of mobile telephones, cameras and film cameras is not permitted. Guests may only listen to music on their own playback devices when wearing headphones.
Lost property is to be handed in to staff of the sole uno wellness world. Lost property is disposed of in accordance with the legal regulations.
The guest is given a white bathing towel and a blue sauna towel for use during the visit.

II. Opening times, admission and prices

For the opening times and admission prices to the sole uno wellness world, as well as the prices of the services available there, please see the publications of Bad Rheinfelden AG, particularly the pricelist displayed on site, the website and flyers. In case of doubt, the current information on the website www.soleuno.ch applies. The opening times can be reduced without any entitlement to claims against Bad Rheinfelden AG.
As a rule, the last admission is 120 minutes before closing time. Use of the bathing and sauna facilities ends 30 minutes before closing time. If maximum use cannot be made of the bathing and sauna time, guests are not entitled to reimbursement of the admission fee.
The bathing time is of limited duration and commences when entering through the turnstile. If the bathing time is exceeded, an additional payment will be charged.
Admission tickets that have been used will not be refunded. Lost tickets will not be replaced. A fee of CHF 10 is to be paid for lost tickets (replacement costs). Any temporary closure of individual facilities or the cancellation of services does not entitle guests to a discount or reimbursement of the admission price paid, either in full or in part.
Tickets purchased in multiples of 10 are valid for two years from the date of issue.
There is generally no time limit on vouchers for services of Bad Rheinfelden AG. If prices increase after the purchase of a voucher for a service of Bad Rheinfelden AG, the difference between the amount initially paid for the respective service and the current value of the service on redemption of the voucher must be paid separately. This does not apply within the first year of purchase of the voucher. The value of the voucher at the time of purchase can be used for any other service. If the value of the voucher is less than the price of the selected service or goods to be purchased, the voucher can be used towards the value of the service or goods. If the equivalent residual value of the voucher is greater than the price of the selected service or goods to be purchased, the difference, if less than CHF 5, is paid to the customer in cash on request. If the equivalent value is more than CHF 5, a new voucher is issued on request.
The staff of Bad Rheinfelden AG have the right to enforce the house rules. Guests who infringe the house and pool rules or who disobey the instructions of the staff of Bad Rheinfelden AG can be excluded from the sole uno wellness world. Visitors may be temporarily or permanently excluded from using the facilities of Bad Rheinfelden AG. The admission fee will not be refunded.
The following people will be refused admission to the sole uno wellness world:
a. People who are under the influence of intoxicating substances
b. People who have animals with them
c. People suffering from a contagious, infectious disease. People suffering from heart and/or circulatory problems. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before using the facilities of the sole uno wellness world.
People who cannot move safely or put on or take off their clothes without help from other people may only use the sole uno wellness world together with an accompanying person. Staff decide the suitability of the accompanying person on site.
Children under the age of 4 will not be admitted and, between the ages of 4 and 14, only when accompanied by an adult. Children and young people under the age of 14 will not be admitted to the sauna facilities of the sole uno wellness world. Individual treatments (e.g. massages) are only given to adults.

III. Liability

Guests use the sole uno wellness world at their own risk, regardless of the obligation of Bad Rheinfelden AG to maintain the entire facilities in a safe condition.
Bad Rheinfelden AG is not liable for the destruction, damage or disappearance of objects brought into the facilities. This also applies to objects kept in the cloakrooms or lockers.
Bad Rheinfelden AG is not liable for valuables and cash, even if deposited in lockers. Guests are advised not to bring any valuables with them.
Guests are advised that the saltwater and drinking water, as well as raised temperatures, can lead to changes in materials. Bad Rheinfelden AG is not liable for damage, particularly to glasses, watches, jewellery, bathing suits and other objects brought in by guests.
Parents are liable for their children.

IV. Additional provisions for use of the sauna area

The entire sauna facilities are a nude area. Clothing cannot be worn when using the facilities.
In the saunas, for reasons of hygiene, the benches and loungers must be covered with a sufficiently large towel.
Due to the high air humidity, the steam bath is to be used without a bathing towel. The seat must be cleaned with the water hose before and after use.
The plunge pool may only be used after taking a thorough shower.
Footwear must not be worn in any of the saunas.
Guests may not bring bags, rucksacks or other receptacles with them.
As this is a nude area, it is essential that sauna guests conduct themselves in a proper manner, in particular, they must be quiet.
Infusions are added exclusively by the staff.

VI. Exceptions

The house and pool rules apply for general operation. In the case of special events, exceptions can be made to these house and pool rules without the need for a special revocation.
Bad Rheinfelden AG reserves the right to modify these house and pool rules at any time.
