Finnish saunas have to be dry. The hot-air room has a relative humidity of 5 – 10 %; this makes the high temperature more bearable. An infusion (scented water) is added every hour, on the hour. Enjoy the gentle, pleasant scent of eucalyptus, orange/citrus or lemon grass.
