HerzFit Fricktal

Herzfit Fricktal (rehab phase III) is aimed at people who want to exercise under expert supervision after experiencing heart problems or after operations. The special programme combines the patient's good intentions with an individual out-patient treatment programme that is specifically designed for cardiovascular problems.

HerzFit movement therapy is aimed at improving general fitness, strength and coordination in order to improve everyday lives and reduce the risk of illness. It also aims to relieve existing pain and increase the patients' confidence in their own bodies. Specially-trained physiotherapists select the exercises and the corresponding intensity according to the patient's condition. State-of-the-art equipment is on hand for emergencies.
