Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the teaching of movement (external movements of the muscles and joints as well as internal movements of the digestion, nerve conduction, respiration and feelings) and of the flow of life energy. The muscle test, the working tool of kinesiology, can, for example, be used to obtain information about the energy system and thereby test the location and causes of blocked energy. It also provides information about the kind of support the organism needs in order to regain its energetic balance. The aim of kinesiology is to detect and break down the stress that is blocking the flow of energy by activating and supporting the body's powers of self-healing and the ability to learn.
How does kinesiology help?
Kinesiology is used as a form of prophylaxis and therapy in all areas of life. It promotes the healing process in patients suffering from pain, migraine, indigestion, allergies, back problems, excess weight and psychosomatic disorders. It activates mental abilities, for example, in patients with poor concentration, learning difficulties and examination stress. Kinesiology also has a supportive effect on patients suffering from mental stress, insomnia, depression and hyperactivity. Addictions, anxieties and phobias can be broken down and talents developed.
