Sauna rules
Please note:
- Children under 14 may not enter the sauna
- You enter the sauna at your own risk
- Visitors who suffer from cardiovascular problems should seek medical advice before using the sauna facilities
- No liability shall be accepted for stolen or forgotten property
- Visitors must shower before using the sauna
- Always use a sauna towel in wood cabins to protect the wood from sweat
- The sauna facilities close half an hour before the centre closes
- Visitors must follow instructions given by the staff
The following are not allowed:
- Bags in the sauna area
- Drinks and glass bottles
- Reading material in the sauna cabin
- Eating and smoking in the rooms
- Playing, picnics and playing music in the outdoor area
- Use of spa centre sauna towels outside the sauna facilities
- Deckchairs may not be reserved
