in Rheinfelder Natursole® (saline solution)
The special gymnastics program with music takes place in the saline baths - either outside or inside, depending on the weather - with professional instruction. Meeting point is by the indoor pool.
The saline solution Rheinfelder Natursole® (33 °C) loosens painful muscle groups when bathing and swimming, promotes active circulation, improves the functions of joints and the spinal column, supports breathing, and positively influences the vegetative nervous system. It measurably improves the metabolism of the skin.

No reservations are necessary, and participation is included in the admission price for sole uno.
